A short black lace dress with a flared skirt and a crystal-set neckline, 1,250,000₫ (about $45). Sizes S–L (US 2–6). Warm to wear, so it suits October to February and cooler evenings.
Soft lace over a velvet ground gives two textures at once — up close you see the weight, from across a room you see depth in the black. The crystals at the neck do the job a necklace would. It flares from the waist, so the hip is covered and sitting is comfortable.
The flared shape works with any waist. Warmest piece in the collection after the tweed.
New photos of this dress were shot in a vintage café. Black lace keeps its texture in low light, which makes it ideal for evening shots in Hoi An old town once the lanterns are lit. The beaded neckline works as a necklace, so small earrings are all you need.

This dress also features in our Christmas & Tet outfit guide for Da Nang.
From October to February, comfortably. In the hot months it is too warm — we would point you to the cotton lace or silk pieces instead.
Very much so. Black, flared, lace — formal enough for anything, not revealing, and warm enough for a December evening.
Velvet crushes if you press it flat. Roll it rather than folding, and hang it as soon as you arrive.
