What is this dress for?
A two-piece set in blue cotton twill — a waistcoat with an off-shoulder bow and a short pleated skirt, 900,000₫ (about $35) for both pieces. Sizes S–L (US 2–6). Daytime, sightseeing, photos.
The twill is crisper than the silk pieces here, so the set reads sporty and young rather than dressy. The asymmetric bow breaks the symmetry and keeps it from looking like a uniform. The pleated skirt is 35–40cm with built-in shorts underneath, so stairs, scooters and sitting on the floor are all fine.
How to wear it
- Shoes: white sneakers by day, black Mary Janes to smarten it up.
